APARTMENT DETAILS!

I've decided to show more apartment details this week to explain a little more about life in Finland!

This is our street, Lonnrotinkatu, building 42, door #H, apartment 109.  This is the pet store next to us!  Paul is standing at our door. Beyond you can see the tops of ships in the harbor


Paul is standing in our doorway.  This is all there is from the street.  We have a key to enter but guests would ring us up on the keypad to the left.

This is our hallway leading to our elevator.  There are only 10 apartments using this so it is always available quickly!



I am standing 3 feet into our apartment taking this picture to you can see how close it is!  That is our one neighbor's door which has a mail slot and a doorbell. 

The elevator is 3 feet square~very cozy.  I don't know how they got our furniture up in it, especially a kingsize bed and a sofa.'

There are 3 separate windows fastened together so we do not feel the cold or hear much noise.
